We’re partnering with backup facilities to help us manage order volume, and we’re routing orders to wherever they can be fulfilled most efficiently. As of now, we’re working with 5 backup facilities in the US, UK, and Australia, and we’re looking for more options.
We are continuing to fulfill as much as we can at our facilities. Our production partner’s branches in NC and LA are operating at basic capacity, and our EU and MX branches are operating as normal. All branches are practicing extra safety measures.

Shipping & Return
SECTION 1 – SHIPPING
We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. Any orders placed, will be shipped the next business day at 17:00 local time. Sometimes shipping processing may take longer, however, depending on our ability to meet the prevailing order volume. We do our very best to keep up with our stock, but due to demand, some items may be purchased on the backorder and may be delayed. In the event of shipping delays for any reason, we will inform you via e-mail as soon as possible. We sell custom design t-shirts, which meant to be we are doing something which requires time, so we are kindly asking your patience during the waiting process.
We presume the environment and sustainability. We do not stock our products or we do not waste them. We start fulfilling product first business day your purchase is completed.
Delivery time can take up to 10 business days. The customer can track shipping code on their dashboard or can track their order on Order Tracking page. The customer will be notified about tracking via given e-mail during the purchase. We work with DHL, USPS and Latvijas Pasts.
Ownership of and risk of damage to goods will pass to you upon delivery to you at your specified delivery address.
SECTION 2 – CUSTOMS and IMPORT DUTIES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
The orders from non-Turkish customers and/or worldwide shipping may be subject to import duties and/or taxes which are levied once your package reaches your country. When shipping these international packages/orders, Guru T-Shirt can’t predict and collect the duties, taxes, charges to be held at the destination country. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs office.
SECTION 3 – RETURNS and EXCHANGES
Guru T-Shirt seeks the complete satisfaction of its clients. All our products are quality controlled and inspected for any faults before they are dispatched to customers, but even so, if you are not happy for any reason with your purchase or your merchandise is defective, please notify us within 14 days of receipt of your merchandise. Returns received after 14 days will not be accepted. DO NOT return the item without sending an e-mail addressing [email protected]. Returns should be sent to the address that is written on your packing slip.
Items returned and exchanged must be in the original condition (unworn, unspoiled) with all tags, labels in place, hygienic protective pad (never removed) and all package content. Make sure to include the original invoice with your return. Shipping and handling charges for the first domestic return will be complimentary. In the event of an additional return, shipping charges will apply. We do not cover the return/exchange shipping charges on orders. If you wish to exchange an item, you are responsible for the shipping of the item back to us, as well as the shipping for the exchanged item to be re-delivered to you. We strongly encourage that you add tracking and delivery confirmation on these orders because we are not responsible for customer returns that are damaged or lost in transit. Please allow 2 weeks from the time you send your order for your return to be processed. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
Your returned product will be given to charities.
